Huanglong

Huanglong Community, located in Lingyin Street, Xinhua Subdistrict, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is situated in the core area of the Huanglong International Business District. It spans an area of 1.2 square kilometers, with Hangda Road to the east, Shuguang Road and Qiushi Road to the south, Yugulu Road to the west, and Tianmu Mountain Road to the north. The community consists of eighteen large enterprises and institutions, ten commercial buildings (including Zhongtian Tower, Jiahua International, World Trade Center Phase I, World Trade Center Phase II, Gongyang Tower, Century Square, Julong Tower, Modern International, Hengli Tower, and Xinhua Tower), and five residential complexes (Huanglong Century Garden, Huanglong Yayuan, Lv Yuan, Dingxiang Apartments, and Chen Jinglun Sports School Dormitory). It has a population of 2,300 people residing in 1,761 households, and there are also nearly 2,000 migrants living in the community. It is a modern community that attracts a diverse range of residents.
