Sherry was absolutely fantastic throughout my apartment search in Hangzhou. From the beginning, she was professional, patient, honest and genuinely focused on helping me find a place that suited my needs rather than simply trying to close a deal. She took the time to understand my budget, work location and payment requirements, arranged several viewings, explained everything clearly, and went back and forth with landlords to negotiate on my behalf. Even when some of the apartments I really liked didn't work out because of timing or lease terms, she continued helping without ever making me feel pressured. Relocating to a new city can be stressful, especially as a foreigner navigating different rental requirements, but Sherry made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. Her communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how supportive and transparent she was throughout. I would happily recommend Sherry to anyone looking for an apartment in Hangzhou. Excellent service! Tina was professional, responsive and made the entire rental process smooth. Tina found the perfect place for us as we had lots of restrictions. Helped us to communicate with the landlord very efficiently. We've been with Hangzhou Plus for 10 years and they have always helped us with all our requirements. Highly recommend!
