Top 5 compounds close to the new HIS campus

Hangzhou International School is opening its new State-Of-The-Art, Purpose-Built, Brand New Campus in the beautiful Binjiang area by the White Horse Lake, and of course the school international community, expatriate families and faculty, are looking forward to be close to the new facilities.  We have already got lots of inquiries about the developments, compounds and apartments, in that area. 

Looking as always to support the wonderful community, we researched and find out very nice, some just brand new, compounds in the area, within 3km - 7km from the new school. 

Here, we have listed the top 5 compounds that we believe are suitable for the HIS community. Let’s have a look!

Top 1 Cloud Club（中海云宸）

This compound was completed in September last year, is located conveniently between Binjiang center and the new campus, close to Ju Cai Road metro station of line 5. The apartments are brand new, with air purifier system and floor heating.

Distance to HIS: 5 km

Construction Completion Year: 2021

Apartment Layout: 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 139 sqms

Facilities: Gym, Swimming Pool, Kids Play Ground

Surroundings: Ju Cai Road metro station of line 5, supermarket, convenience store, small local restaurants, Paradise Walk ( 3.8 km away)

Top 2 Vanke Yue Hong Bay ( 万科悦虹湾）

Yue Hong Bay is located at the east end of White Horse Lake, close to Xiang Hu metro station of line 1, it was completed in December last year. There are apartments of various layouts and also townhouses, all the apartments are equipped with air purifier system and floor heating.

Distance to HIS: 6.2 km

Construction Completion Year: 2021

Layout:  Apartment : 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 89 sqms, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 113-150 sqm 

               Townhouse: 150 - 195 sqms

Top 3 The One In White Horse Lake ( 白马湖壹号）

This compound isn't brand new and it doesn’t have the convenient facilities that were listed in the previous choices, but it makes our list because the convenient short distance to the new HIS campus. The apartments are finished/renovated by each owner, so they can be very different between them. There are also townhouses in the compound, but current availability is limited. 

Distance to HIS: 3.2 km

Construction Completion Year: 2017

Layout:  Apartment : 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom 77 sqms, 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom 89 sqm, 3 bedrooms                 2 bathrooms 120 or 135 sqm

                Townhouse: 184 and 202 sqms

Facilities: Kids Play Ground

Surrounddings: small local restaurants

Top 4 Binyao Mansion （滨耀学府）

Binyao Mansion will be a good option for the HIS community, and we say “will” because apartment won’t be available before summer 2023. The apartments will be very nice with air purifier system, floor heating and open balcony, and conveniently located a short distance to the new HIS campus.

Distance to HIS: 4.7 km

Construction Completion Year: 2023

Apartment Layout: 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 97 sqms, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 107 and 118 sqms

Facilities: Kids Play Ground

Surroundings:  small local restaurants, Power Long mall (4.5 km away)

Top 5 Xiang Hu Impression( 湘湖印象）

As you can tell from its name, Xiang Hu Impression is located close to Xiang Lake, surrounded by the mountains and fields. To get to the new campus from there, you need to cross the lake and you would definitely love the amazing sights you see on the way! If you love nature and want to stay away from the hustle and bustle city, this is a good option.

Distance to HIS: 7 km

Construction Completion Year: 2020

Apartment Layout: 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 86 sqms, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 126 - 139 sqms，4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 156 and 166 sqms

Facilities: Kids Play Ground

We hope you get a general idea about the current places to live close new HIS campus, after reading this article. These compounds are closer to the new campus, but not at walking distance. We know the area is rapidly developing and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, but if you ask our opinion, the new campus is so conveniently located in Binjiang, that the HIS community could continue living in their current places and enjoy of a great HIS new campus facilities and a great convenient neighborhood in Binjiang area with malls, supermarkets, walks by the river, supermarket, restaurants, metro stations, and more.
