We have been working with Cici for years and we couldn't be happier with the service she provides.
She is incredibly responsive, solution-oriented, and always goes the extra mile to solve any challenge that comes our way. No matter the situation, she finds a way forward and is excellent at identifying alternative solutions when needed.
Beyond her outstanding professionalism, she is an exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful person who genuinely cares about making things work smoothly for us. She makes our lives so much easier when in China, and we truly appreciate having her as a trusted partner.

The whole rental experience was extremely smooth, from pre-arrival communication to check-in after I arrived. Tina was very thoughtful, sent me videos of the residential community and carefully explained how to pay all utilities and other fees in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Very hard working, thorough, and efficient. Went to great lengths to negotiate rent and get appliances fixed when they broke. Good English skills, easy to communicate with. Always responded to messages quickly.

In a word, CiCi is amazing. I found her through a friend's referral. She was immediately responsive and helpful. She shared multiple properties that met my company's requirements as well as my personal requirements. This is my second year in China, and I moved from Shanghai to Hangzhou. CiCi is incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. She even sacrificed her time during the weekend to help me get settled into my new apartment. I give CiCi 5 stars, and strongly recommend her. ?

Sherry was absolutely fantastic throughout my apartment search in Hangzhou. From the beginning, she was professional, patient, honest and genuinely focused on helping me find a place that suited my needs rather than simply trying to close a deal.

She took the time to understand my budget, work location and payment requirements, arranged several viewings, explained everything clearly, and went back and forth with landlords to negotiate on my behalf. Even when some of the apartments I really liked didn't work out because of timing or lease terms, she continued helping without ever making me feel pressured.

Relocating to a new city can be stressful, especially as a foreigner navigating different rental requirements, but Sherry made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. Her communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how supportive and transparent she was throughout.

I would happily recommend Sherry to anyone looking for an apartment in Hangzhou. Thank you for all your help and for making the experience such a positive one!
