I am so grateful to have met Sherry and be a part of an agency that prides themselves with customer service. Sherry was friendly and so helpful, I have never met an agent and agency who showed such willingness to go above and beyond for their client. Moving to a new province and city can be pretty stressful and overwhelming, but having them on my side made the whole experience so much better. Thank you so much, keep up the excellent work! :)

York was great in finding us the perfect home in a very short time, he really understood what we were looking for and found a great match. He also was very helpful in assisting us with moving and settling down. The only suggestion I would make to improve would be to find better movers as our experience was not great with them - but this is not really his fault

When we were in a hurry to find the right apartment this summer we contacted HousingPlus for help. York was always 100% responsive and organized several options - according to our specific wishes -only hours after my request was sent. He was friendly, guided us professionally through the whole process of finding a new apartment and after only 3 days we had a signed contract. Also the moving in process was smooth and convenient. Tina is extremely professional, helpful, kind and supportive. She completely understood what we were after in a new apartment and spent a lot of time working on finding us a great deal. Tina has been fantastic with helping my wife and I settle into our new home in Hangzhou. The process was quick and smooth and massive credit has to go to Tina for helping with this, especially when we don’t speak the language very well. She is always on call when we have any issues and she’s made us feel at home due to her constant support. Tina managed to find us the most beautiful apartment, which is exactly to our requirements in one of the best locations in Hangzhou. Robert is an extremely efficient agent. It has been a pleasure to have him as my agent. Robert was able to find me the perfect place even with such a tight frame. He went out and beyond to make sure everything got done and prepared before my arrival to the apartment. Even after settling in Robert continued to facilitate my life in China from providing me with useful information about Hangzhou to even taking me to my PCR test appointments.
