Sherry is a great Housing Plus representative. She was always available whenever I needed help. She helped me move from Beijing to Hangzhou without viewing the apartment in person and sent detsiled videos of the place so I could make my decision. I lived in the apartment for one year and even signed the lease for a second year but had to move because my job moved further. She helped me with the Internet and any issues I had, which were few, during the time I lived in the apartment. My landlord was also great and Sherry helped me to communicate with the landlord when needed. I always recommended Sherry to the new foreign teachers at my school. She is wonderful and so kind and has a very positive attitude. If I move in the future, I will ask Sherry to help me again.

Sherry is the best agent I came accross in 6 years in China. She is smart and speaks fluent English. She understood my requirements quickly, showed me many apartments and was very helpful in fixing the deal. I though she would disappear after the deed is signed, but no, she was assisting me all the time, and I got through the tough Covid times with all the regulations thanks to her help. I cannot talk in Chinese, so I asked her to help for everything related to the house, and she arranged everything from cleaning maids to plumbers. Sherry was the reason I extended my lease twice on the apartment, I only left the apartment when I left China. Even at the time of ending the lease, Sherry was most helpful, and she made a bridge between me and the Landlady. I have been recommending Sherry and your agency to all my friends.

Cici has been so very helpful over the 3-4 years that I have connected with her that's it's crazy. As a foreigner sometimes it's hard to communicate with landlord for fixing things or other admin help. Having someone reliable, cheerful and trustworthy as Cici really put me at ease. She was always quick to respond and always happy to help or suggest even when I reached out with random questions. Can't recommend Cici to others enough. She's the best !

Cici was very helpful whilst I was looking for an apartment in Hangzhou. For someone who cannot speak Mandarin the process would have been challenging without her assistance. She provided me with several options to choose from and was available to provide any additional information throughout the process. Whilst in the apartment she assisted me with more practical things like paying for electricity etc. Great service provided. Thank you Cici for all your help.

Being new to a country and make you feel lonely confused and anxious and it is very frustrating when you have to struggle with the basics of settling down. Due to my busy schedule and the tight timeline to find a new Appartment, I had to not worry at all after I told cici about my expectations and she knew exactly what I wanted and showed me the shortlisted Appartment a to suit my needs.
