Wulin Subdistrict is located in the center of Hangzhou, by the beautiful West Lake. It extends from Zhonghe Road in the east, to Qingchun Road in the south, connects to Huancheng West Road in the west, and reaches Huancheng North Road in the north. The jurisdiction covers an area of 1.24 square kilometers and includes 7 communities: Zhongbei, Xianlin, Changshou, Anji, Huanxi, Fenglin, and Zhugan Lane. The resident population is 37,510 people (as of 2010). Within the region, there are the ancient Zhongshan North Road, the bustling Yan'an Road, the fashionable Wulin Road Women's Fashion Street, and the well-known Fengqi Road, making it a center for tourism, commerce, culture, telecommunications, and finance in Hangzhou. The Party Working Committee and the Office of the subdistrict are located at No.47 Guanxiang on Zhongshan North Road.
