Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, located in the western suburbs of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, is one of the industrial platforms created by Yuhang District. Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City (Hai Chuang Yuan) has a total area of 113 square kilometers. It is bordered by the Hangchang Expressway to the north, Hangzhou Ring Expressway to the east, Hanghui Expressway (02 Provincial Road) to the south, and Nanhu Lake to the west. Based on this, a key construction zone of 35 square kilometers has been designated within Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City (Hai Chuang Yuan), with specific boundaries being the Xuanhang Railway to the north, Hangzhou Ring Expressway to the east, Hemu Shuixiang to the south, and Dongxi Avenue (including the Yongle Block) to the west. Projects such as Alibaba Taobao City, China Mobile 4G Research Institute, South Cement, AUX Research Institute, and Zhejiang Welfare Lottery have already settled in the area.
